Hodgson is a contemporary residential neighbourhood located within Terwillegar Heights in Southwest Edmonton. Fully developed after 2001, it is bordered by 23 Avenue to the south, Rabbit Hill Road to the west, Whitemud Creek Ravine to the east, and a utility corridor just north of 29 Avenue. Named after John Hodgson (1888–1969), longtime City of Edmonton comptroller and financial commissioner, the neighbourhood blends modern home styles with immediate access to natural amenities.
